CFC Youth for Christ is a ministry of Couples for Christ for the youth ages 13 - 21... a catholic community that helps support the young especially in their adolescent years.
YFC started in 1993 with only 300 members in the Philippines... after 12 years, we are present in 77 countries and with over 200,000 members and counting!!!
YFC ROCKS!!! because JESUS ROCKS!
YFC in the Middle East...
CFC Youth for Christ started in Bahrain in 1995, by ate maan ponte and eventually brought to other parts of the region. there were mission trips to other me countries.
now YFC in the Middle East is now present in 7 out of the 13 ME countries... Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Oman and Syria!
The YFC Middle East Vision:Three Years... OASIS!
In response to the YFC global vision "In ten years the whole world will kneel before Christ", YFC Middle East embraced the vision that:
"Three years... OASIS!" (3YO!) November 2004 - November 2007
- all 13 countries in the Middle East willhave YFC...
- Each YFC member will be an OASIS for others who seek God...
We will bring back this land to Christ, the land where He was born, raised, walked, preached, died and RESSURECTED...
